Guess who is finishing his mission in a week's time - Elder Lamb! I was not around when Elder Lamb was transferred to the Bintulu branch in February but tonight I got to see him.........and his parents at a party at the Geramongs' residence.
Sister Lamb with the ladies
President Benedict helping with the barbecuing
President Benedict & Sherfield did their traditional Iban ngajat dance. Looking on and eating is Elder Cammock.
Elder Lamb boleh also.
This is Home. This is where I was born. This is where I learnt how to float, not in the swimming pool but in the South China Sea. This is where I spent most part of the 1st half century of my life. This is where Mum and Dad passed away.

Friends and Food
Wednesday, 28 March 2007
I have been blogging elsewhere for the past month - fun making you confused!
What do you do if you have more plates, spoons and forks than you require. Keep them and pray that they don't get dusty and moldy? Give them away? Decorate them on your shelves? It has been a while since I have the missionaries or my friends for meals at my place so that would serve as an opportunity of using my kitchen utensils - invite them for dinner! Of course, you must be up to the occasion as well. I was!
This is not an everyday affair, so it was fun planning, shopping, preparing and cooking the dishes. I enjoyed it so much that I decided to capture (which I have not done before) in picture the difference between the before and after cooking of the food...............
Before Cooking
After cooking
The Guests - Elder Christensen, Elder Leo, Elder Niederhauser and Elder Cammock
Elder/Sister Dearden
And my good friend Jane.
